Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund.
The right of withdrawal may expire early if the statutory conditions are met, in particular if the consumer has expressly agreed that the trader begins performing the service before the end of the withdrawal period and the consumer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract.
